At Utsavify, every rakhi and gift is handcrafted with care. We want you to be completely happy with your order. This policy explains our returns, refunds and shipping terms across India.

Returns & Refunds

Return window: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility: We accept returns for damaged or defective items only. Because our products are handcrafted festive goods, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Proof required: To process a return for a damaged or defective item, please share clear photographs of the product and packaging when you contact us.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Delivery charges: Original delivery charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a damaged or defective item, please raise a return within the 3-day window and we will issue a refund once approved.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@utsavify.com within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the damaged or defective item. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Shipping

Free delivery on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat) to prepare and dispatch your order.
Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
For guaranteed Raksha Bandhan delivery, please place your order by the date announced on our website each season.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may raise a return for a damaged or defective item as described above.

Delivery Delays

We ship through third-party courier partners and are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as carrier disruptions, weather or regional restrictions), though we will always help you track a delayed shipment and work with the courier to resolve it. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
