Products

Our rakhis and gift sets are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, texture and detailing are natural characteristics of handmade products, not defects.
Product photographs are as accurate as possible; slight differences may appear due to screen settings and lighting.
Products are decorative festive goods and are not toys; small embellishments may not be suitable for very young children.

Pricing & Offers

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Delivery across India is free.
Discounts (such as the prepaid discount, bulk discount or bundle-box pricing) are calculated and displayed transparently in your cart before you pay.
Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.
If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

Online payment: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets, processed securely by Razorpay. Prepaid orders receive a 5% discount.
Cash on Delivery: available for orders below ₹500.
You will receive an order confirmation by email with your order ID after placing an order.
We may cancel orders that cannot be serviced (for example, an undeliverable pincode or suspected fraud). Any amount paid is refunded in full.

Delivery

We currently deliver within India only.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
For guaranteed Raksha Bandhan delivery, place your order by the cut-off date announced on our website each season.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Please see our full Return, Refund & Shipping Policy for details, including how to raise a return and refund timelines.

Reviews & Site Content

By submitting a product review, you allow us to publish it on our site after moderation. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive or unlawful content.
All content on this website (text, photographs, logo and design) belongs to JHL Enterprises and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as extreme weather, strikes or carrier disruptions), though we will always help you track and resolve delayed shipments.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
